Reset Organized Play Number

Hi there!

I got started in OP at GenCon and have been having fun. I got a number given to me at the event and then played another event just last night on the same account. I realized today that I was exploring the organized play a few weeks prior to GenCon and had already registered a DIFFERENT number, so these first 2 games I played can't be registered.

Is it possible to reset my organized play number so I can keep using my account and register with this new one? Thanks!


I'm bumping this post because I'm in a similar situation. Started playing at my local game shop and got a character to level 8, decided to register online properly only to find I'd be assigned a different number. Would love to have this consolidated.

That's wonderful. Now, what if I don't have a confirmation number on hand?

Hello Uchuujin,

If you don't have the confirmation number any longer we can help you put this number on your account. In order to confirm that you're the person who owns that number, we'd just request that you send pictures of any of your character sheets or chronicle sheets that reflect that number to our email address from the email address that's on your account. That way we can manually attach that number to the account that has that email address!
