What does a Orc Knuckle Dagger look like?

Orc Knuckle Dagger Description.
Is it supposed to look like a Trench knife?
Also I'm having a difficult time understanding what a horizontal basket hilt is. Is it different form a "regular" basket hilt, is there a "vertical" basket hilt? I honestly don't know.

Also what is meant by a blades jutting form each end? Is each end meaning the top and bottom, left and right? Is the last part of the line to mean it can also look like a Dagger/Katar combo(a vertical blade and a front facing horizontal blade?

I think the horizontal basket hilt is supposed to be perpendicular to the blade, so that when held a long katar-like blade extends out in the direction one would throw a punch and two smaller blades extend from the sides of the horizontal hilt.

Per the picture in the Bestiary (which features an Orc with a pair of them), it's basically a curved trench knife with another, identical, blade coming out of the pommel.

You hold onto that part in the middle there with your knuckles going through into a protected basket with the blades coming out of the left and right side.

That's my interpretation of the description anyway. Basically a set of knuckle dusters with a cage, a pair of blades off each side and spikes coming out of the front.

That's substantially correct per the art in the Bestiary, except the blades coming out the sides have a curve rather than being straight.

Oh, I was way off. Looks like there is a different style of Knuckle Knife on the same page as the description, subtler with a less pronounced main blade, much smaller pommel spike, and less obvious knuckle cage. It looks a lot more like a traditional knife someone attached a knuckleduster to.

Yeah, the core book has a more normal knuckle-duster knife on the page, so some confusion is going to occur. And to make it even more confusing, there is yet a third design that I think is supposed to be the orc knuckle-dagger in the original orc concept art (which was not ultimately used, so this might have also been an earlier non-used form of the knife). It's got the blades on each side and a katar like blade coming out the front instead of the meat-tenderizer style spikes from the bestiary. But the core book does mention they sometimes have this, so I think it's a variant.

I think the guy on the right of that concept art has the original design for the Orc Necksplitter, which in the playtest was a knife. But for the final book it's been changed to an axe. Possibly because there were just too many knives in the playtest, and both the orc weapons being knives was kind of odd.
