I just finished running my work group through Vengeance at Sundered Crag and it was kind of messy. One PC died and they almost had a TPK. They don't have the most optimized PCs (a couple of them were new players before we started doing this) and I want to give them a break in the next game. The problem is that they are all level 7 except for one level 8 player so I have to do tier 7-11 games ... and those are hard for a non-optimized party. Can any of you recommend an easy Tier 7-11 game?

Sundered Crag is a rough one. If you are looking for a slightly easier scenario, try something from seasons 1-3. Also, tier 5-9 from the same seasons may be a good option.
Why seasons 1-3? The encounters were designed for four players. This should help if your players’ characters are not as optimized as yer normal society character.

PFRPGrognard, they did start at level one. They have worked their way up to level 7 since then.Leg o' Lamb, that is some good advice. I will try shooting for the early stuff. Any particular one you can recommend?
Try the following:
3-03 Ghennet Manor Gauntlet
3-15 Haunting of Hinojai
2-06 Heresy of Man 1
2-07 Heresy of Man 2
2-08 Sarkorian Prophecy
2-09 Heresy of Man 3
2-26 Mantis's Prey
Season 1, #40 Hall of the Drunken Hero
Any of those should be a good challenge.

Joe, yeah I thought about that, but since their are five players and their APL is 7 they would be playing the level 8-9 tier with the four player adjustment and if they are having trouble with level 7-8 tier I didn't want to try and have them play 8-9 (even with the four player adjustment).
Thanks Leg O' LAMB! I will look into them.

3-03 Ghennet Manor Gauntlet
3-15 Haunting of Hinojai
These are actually fairly rough when you're in-tier, but due to the specific way you calculate subtiers for the old seasons, a group of L7s with only L8 is going to end up in the low subtier. Which is still lively but should not be outright deadly.
Vengeance at Sundered Crag is quite tricky actually. Complicated for the GM and easy to mess up as player.

I forgot to say thanks Joe. I might not go with your idea, but I appreciate that you offered it.
Thanks Lau. I had forgotten that season 0-3 I could do a 5-9 and still do the tier 5-6 game.
I think I am going to go with No Plunder, No Pay. It doesn't seem that hard and my players have twice broken someone out of a Chelish Prison and twice seemed to enjoy it, so it seems likely that they would enjoy it a third time :-)

Hall of Drunken Heroes, Haunting of Hinojai and Ghennet Manor Gauntlet are all 3 great scenarios. I would also urge you to consider some of the following:
The Forbidden Furnace of Forgotten Koor
The Rebel's Ransom
The Jester's Fraud
The Flesh Collector
Below the Silver Tarn
You Only Die Twice
Yeah, these are good ones!
