As title says, any idea how to solve it on my end?
The file-per-chapter works fine, but it'd be better to have it all in one.

We have not heard of this being a problem on a large scale, so troubleshooting possible account or machine problems would be best. Redownloading the PDF from a different browser, clicking the "Problems downloading this file? Click here." message to refresh the asset may help resolve this issue. It seems to work now, I'm guessing it could have been an issue on my end or maybe there was just a lot of traffic since it was a new release. Thank you though :)
