Purchased PDF file is empty or corrupt

I purchased Alluria Publishing's Creepy Creatures Bestiary about a week ago. The file downloads but upon opening the file I get an error that it is corrupt or not a PDF file. I emailed customer service regarding the issue but have not gotten a response. I am hoping to have more luck getting it fixed through here than email. I'm generally at work during the hours their phones are open. Has anyone else had this issue?

They contacted me (at Alluria Publishing) and told me their copy of the file had gotten corrupted. I have uploaded a new one and let them know, and heard nothing back yet, but I am assuming the issue has been resolved. Let me know if it has not been.
