I am trying to order an 'Action Pack sub' and I am not sure why I am having such a problem.
What I want>> I want to sub for all the Pathfinder 2 (and ONLY Pathfinder 2E) Action pack material starting with the Hell Knights AP. I absolutely do not want any Pathfinder 1E products as I will never be using them and I have most of them anyway.
When I try to check out to purchase a Subscription for Hell Knights it keeps defaulting to the Pathfinder 1 Action pack and material.
Is this working as intended?
Am I forced to purchase the P1 material in order to 'get at' the P2 material first?

By "Action Pack," I presume you mean Adventure Path?
There is a known bug right now that doesn't let you start with the newest release. Customer Service can manually adjust the starting item.
Also, once the shipping window for this month is closed (which should be this weekend or early next week after GenCon), the schedule will advance to let you pick Age of Ashes 1 or Age of Ashes 2 and remove P1e items from the options altogether.
