In Order 8024009, I purchased the PDF versions of the 2nd edition Pathfinder corebook and bestiary. All my attempts to download these files have resulted in either a corrupt zip file shorter than the file described on my Digital Content page, or a corrupt zip file equal to that length from which nothing can be extracted. I have tried Windows' extractor, WinZip and WinRar, without any success. I have used two different browsers to access my account. Nothing has worked.
Addendum: I am able to access other files from my Digital Content, just not either version of the 2nd edition corebook or bestiary.
I'm having the exact same issue as this, just bought mine about an hour ago.
I bounced from Windows and Linux and tried several programs on each, looks like the zip is just busted.

i was able to download my core book but not the Beastiery. and with gencon no customer service help till tuesday

There are a couple of CS people holding the fort in seattle today and Friday.
They'll be busy, but they're legends.
The download is fixed for me as well, although I will add I only bought the core rulebook.
nope, and my order for the pdf's of the corebook and bestiery is saying it is pending. how is a order for pdf's pending?? and no response from paizo either. just frustrating is all. but i guess the good thing is at least its the beastiery and not the core book. so i can start going through the corebook.
Something went wrong, and the customer service people will have to fix it for you.
For anything other than SFS or PFS subscriptions, acceptance of your payment should lead directly to granting of the purchased PDF(s) to your digital assets.

Hey folks!
Due to the way that we updated the PDFs on August 1st, I would not be surprised if the change made to the product took some time to update across all instances or sessions of the site. That's my low-level I-barely-understand-how-this-tech-works way of saying it may have taken some time, after we got them online at 6am Pacific Time on Thursday, for the download to be updated with the new information for all people. If you are a subscriber or bought the PDF as soon as it came available and it's still giving you trouble, make sure you either emailed us, or started your own thread in this forum for us to see it and help you out. Yes, it may take a while to get back to you, but the current 3 of us are doing our best.
The release of the books is very exciting! And while we've been very eager to help with anything needed for the release, this has put extra responsibilities on our plate in addition to the normal assistance we provide. We are working over the weekend to support GenCon, and answer requests. Our phones remain closed during this time, however.
If you have contacted us, I'm sure it's there and we will get to it as soon as possible! There's close to a thousand emails (this is not hyperbole) on top of the boards posts here that also need just as much attention. Thank you for your patience!
