Hello, Is it possible to run when you do the overrun maneuver (whitout using charge)?

Running is a full-round action. You don't generally have a spare standard action to perform an overrun in the same round.
(I think the overrun as part of a charge lets you do an overrun at the end of a charge, taking the place of the charge attack. Assuming you don't have the charge through feat anyway.)
