I sent an email to the customer service address a week ago, but haven't heard back yet. I figured I'd try posting to this forum as an alternative/back-up method.
Here's my issue:
I've got an active subscription to receive PF maps. My latest order (#7969383) was supposed to include the most recent release (Pathfinder Flip-Mat: The Fall of Plaguestone - #PZO30100) for that subscription.
The envelope that arrived from Paizo last week didn't include the appropriate flip-mat; instead, I received the corresponding adventure module. It seems there was a mix-up during fulfillment. (I also found another post to these forums with exactly the same issue, so it must not have affected my order alone.)
I'm requesting a replacement for the missing/incorrect item that should've been sent to me, but which I have yet to receive. If a prepaid return shipping label is available, I'd be happy to ship the incorrect item back to Paizo also.
