Is the CL bonus from Coven Hex Class-Specific?

Coven (Ex)

Effect: The witch counts as a hag for the purpose of joining a hag’s coven. The coven must contain at least one hag. In addition, whenever the witch with this hex is within 30 feet of another witch with this hex, she can use the aid another action to grant a +1 bonus to the other witch’s caster level for 1 round. This bonus applies to the witch’s spells and all of her hexes.

Now, I realize this is a bit of a feast-or-famine Hex depending on the campaign, but I am wondering if the bonus the Hex provides only applies towards spells cast via the character's Witch spellcasting or if it applies to all spells that the character casts.

My understanding is that CL bonuses are typically universal unless stated otherwise. The Orange Prism and other such bonuses are not restricted to a single spellcasting class. I believe that the CL bonus the Coven Hex offers would apply to all Caster Levels that the Witch had. There may be an example to the contrary somewhere, but I am under the impression that a Sorcerer X | Witch 1 's spells would all qualify as 'the witch's spells' for the purposes of their Coven Hex. Does anyone have any insight on this?

It refers to the other witch's caster level and to the witch's spells, and generally uses the word 'witch' enough that I think it refers to that classes' caster level only.
