Full-round Action and Full-attack Action

Rules Questions

Hello.

Ok, I know when you make all of your attacks is a Full-Attack Action and it is a Full-Round Action, as charge, it is a Full-Round Action and it's an attack.

My question is if there any difference between Full-round Action and Full-attack Action?

For exemple: I have a monk with the Maneuver Master Archetype, and she has the Flurry of Maneuvers Ability, in the text says:

"At 1st level, as part of a full-attack action, a maneuver master can make one additional combat maneuver, regardless of whether the maneuver normally replaces a melee attack [...]".

... And have the Tiger Claw feat, that says:

"While you are using the Tiger Style feat and have both hands free, you can use a full-round action to make a single unarmed strike with both hands.
My question is if my monk can make a Flurry of Maneuvers [...]".

I wonder if my monk can make a Flurry of Maneuvers in combination with tha Tiger Claw special attack? Can i make a Flurry of Maneuvers in a charge?

Thankss

A full attack action can be considered a subset of the set of all full-round actions (which may include things other than making multiple attacks). So they're not exactly the same.

But the kicker here is that since a PC can only take 1 full-round action on his term, he can't do both the Tiger Claw attack and the Flurry of Maneuvers, each of which would take the full-round action. It's like finding out that a plate of potstickers costs $5 and so does a pint of beer. You can't use the same $5 to pay for both of them.

Same with the charge. Each one is a full round action. You don't have enough full round actions in a round to pay for them all.

The ability from Tiger Claw is it's own full-round action. It can't be combined with other types of actions (except for free or swift actions).

The action from tiger claw isn't a full attack action, so you can't combine it with Flurry of Maneuvers.

You also can't Flurry of Maneuvers in a charge. A charge is a full round action, but it is not a full attack action.

Think of it this way, all full attack actions are full round actions. But not all full round actions are full attacks. An obvious way to see this is to look and see that a spontaneous caster casting a metamagic spell spends a full round action to do so.

Oh, Just as i think.

I'm glad I didn't play the game wrong.

Very thanks!!
