My cc used for the original order was compromised and replaced, which has caused the transaction to be declined. I have changed my payment method to a new cc but am unable to change the cc on the order. Customer services sent me emails and I have responded but have not received an answer.
Do I just have the order cancelled and place another order or will the order be reprocessed under the new cc?
