My Group is going to run a high level (level 15 to start) and I am asking for Ideas i can offer my one friend who seems to be stuck on character ideas
The Game will be a 5 Man party
with my self as a path of war Character
1 Friend is planning to play a Anti-Paladin
Two I have no clue to what their plans are
and lastly my friend who is not sure on what he wants
So far he's gone through a Barbarian (is a cannibal ) a Alchemist (Mad Bomber type) and a ghost rider Caviler
With all these he read them and they did not work the way he had first thought
My friend is not a Min/Maxer or power gamer but he would still like a Decent character. He is though more about the flavor and less about being over powered
I was wondering if any one had ideas for a Pc who Evil who is flavorful yet strong for a level 15 game

Every Pathfinder class has something interesting to offer for an evil PC (minus a normal Paladin). Since your friend has tons of options, let's try to narrow down what they're looking for.
Do they have any drafted backstories to draw inspiration from? (At level 15, a character is going to have a past.)
What kind of characters have they enjoyed playing before?
Do they want to be a martial character?
Does "decent" mean DPS, or does it include other ways of being effective in combat?
There are also party composition considerations:
Is the Anti-Paladin going to be the party's Face? Is a Face really needed in your campaign?
Does the party need more spellcasting?
Is there somebody already taking the healing/mending sub-role?

Whatever caused problems with the first 3 ideas he came up with is obviously something to watch for. I don't know what 'they did not work the way he had first thought' means that could link all 3 of those.
Consider a magus with an unholy black blade which they barely control. That's Michael Moorcock's Elric, more or less.
Or a someone with a desire for power whose last twisted schemes for political dominance fell apart, and who needs something from this adventure (cash if nothing else?) to try again. Could be any class, but the more socially oriented sneaks (e.g. teisatsu vigilante, brazen deceiver bard, perhaps a PoW discordant crusader zealot) might fit best.
An aerokineticist should be able to rule the skies by 15th level. Why bother? Well, maybe they've got a hate on for some people or nation and they'll need allies to do more than guerilla warfare. Those allies are the party of course.
