RPG Superstar Season 9 Top 16

I only selected the 2nd Edition core rulebook for my subscription. When I checked my subscription status at the time of subscribing, only the core rulebook was in my side cart. But now I received an email that the bestiary was added to the order?

Hello Cyrad,

The Core Rulebook is considered the "first" issue of the subscription the Bestiary the second, although they are releasing in the same month, so the system did what it expected and generated the second issue along with the first.

If you would not like the Bestiary, we can cancel your subscription and remove the Bestiary from your order. You will still receive the Core Rulebook as a subscription item this way.

Please let us know if you'd like to do this.

I just received a bank notice that I was charged for the order. I thought I wasn't supposed to be charged until the product(s) ship?

Hello Cyrad,

Your subscription has been cancelled. You will be receiving an email confirmation. The order has already shipped out so I wasn't able to remove the Bestiary. When it gets to you go ahead and send it back to us and we can issue a refund to your original payment method or to your store credit, whichever you prefer.

I'll just keep the Bestiary and hope I'm lucky enough to get the books in time.

Unfortunate that the subscription service has left me with three-out-of-three sour experiences, but I suppose it can't be helped.
