I would like to cancel the MODULES SUBSCRIPTION including this edition. If possible, please refund any charges accrued by me and ix-nay on sending this release.

Your subscription has been cancelled. You will be receiving an email confirmation. This also cancels the pending subscription order. We don't charge for anything until it ship, so you haven't been charged. You may see an authorization, this will disappear as soon as your bank expires it.
