Hey. I am currently subscribed to Pathfinder Modules. I wish to cancel this and instead subscribe to Adventure Paths, but every time I try to "buy" the subscriotion, the checkout page reverts to the AP Midwives to Death as my first subscription product, instead of my desired and selected Hellknight Hill AP 145.

OK, there is some rather strange problem with your subscription billing/fulfilling process.
I subscribed to the AP as told. Selected Age of Ashes 1, got auto-selected to Tyrant's Grasp 6 as I had, then I decided what the hell, will start with it and got TG 1-5 in digital. So I expected to get and be charged for both AoA 1 and TG 6. All was well.
Today I got an email about my new AP subscription, saying I am being sent Hellknight Hill 1, and the digital is in my downloads. Checking my digital content, I see Midwives to Death, TG 6, and not Hellknight Hill.
I understand with the new content organisation, edition, etc., there would be some problems, but I also would like to know why I am getting something and not other things and those things do not match.

I understand that, but the email I got says it is Hellknight Hill which I am getting by post, not Midwives to Death. Is the email wrong? Am I getting a physical copy of one and a digital copy of another? I am just confused because the ordering process was screwed from the beginning.

You were sent physical copies of both books. Adventure Path 144 is in your digital downloads and ready to be downloaded. Adventure Path 145 will be released on August 1 so you will not be able to download it until then.
