Starfinder in Spanish

Hello, I am writing to you to let me know if there is a possibility of getting the Starfinder manual in Spanish in PDF format.
The licensee for Spain is Devir but in her WEB page there is not even a section for the Starfinder and when they have been asked they have answered that they do not intend to publish the PDF.

We have been working with Devir in the hopes of making Spanish-language PDFs available through Paizo.com, but progress has been slow. We hope to be able to have them in the future, but at this time PDFs are not available in Spanish.

The problem is that for a year now the manual has been sold in Spanish in physical format and when DEVIR is asked the answer is that they have no intention of taking the PDF version.

That is why I think that the mother house in this case Paizo would have to take action on the matter and do it with urgency.

Devir and Paizo are in a business relationship, but Paizo is not the 'mother house'.

We don't know if, in the contract between the two companies, the distribution of a PDF version of the rulebooks was regulated. Could be that Devir has the right, but no obligation to sell PDF's.
We don't know, and I don't think that Paizo will discuss the fine points of their agreement with Devir here or elsewhere.

From the comment from Glenn Elliott above it sounds like Paizo has no leverage against Devir to make them sell the PDF-Version, for whatever reason.

We trust that our licensees understand their businesses better than we ever can, so we're not about to dictate to them how or when they should sell things.
