Missing map from the Beginner Box

I just purchased the Beginner Box from a local game store, but when I opened the sealed box there was no map inside. I emailed customer.service@paizo.com on Sunday about this, but haven't gotten any response back. Is this a better place to request that someone send me this missing map? I'm very excited about running my first game for my son and his friends, but the map seems to be a key part of the adventure.
