Question about Pathfinder Society Scenarios.

Would it be possible to have a Society scenario adventure, but to re-tell it so that the party isn't a member of the Pathfinder society? (Or maybe only one of them is a member, or something along those lines.)

As long as it's not part of society play, yes, in general. Some may be easier than others.

Yep, I adapted The Blakros Matrimony to my Kingmaker game, and I also did the opposite, making Jubilost Northropple a member of the Society.
