Found a random PFS number card left behind at a convention, and I'm not sure if it got activated or not. Is it possible to search and find out if #224419 has been activated already? I know there were a few new players. I'll be better if I know the player did it on their phone, otherwise I'll probably have to keep a look out for her at our local gaming store/cafe.

I advise that you simply discard that found card. The potential owner of the ID can contact us if they have any concerns about not having their card, and it's best to assume that the number is in use.
