Wanted to check the status on Order 7863340 shipping? The last couple of my orders were hung up so trying to be vigilant this month!

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like your order is still in the shipping queue for subscriptions, which should be wrapping up by the end of this week. It looks like we did try to process the order earlier but encountered an issue with the payment method, which should have triggered a notification email to be sent to you. Just let us know when you'd like to try shipping again, and we'll go ahead and give it a nudge.
