Forgive me if I’m just misunderstanding, or if this is in the wrong place- I got my order confirmation yesterday #7954864 and I’m confused as to how it is setup because I think I’m missing something. I thought that the campaign setting guides would be Druma and then switch to 2E (which I was okay with) but I didn’t realize the Tyrant’s Grasp Poster Map Folio was a part of it as well. Also, I thought that by doing the AP subscription starting with 144 I would still be able to get the Paizo advantage discount, but I’m not seeing it either on this authorization or the future ones in my account. :-(
So, I’m summary I’ve not been authorized for the Druma book, I have a folio I didn’t realize was a part of the subscription, and I’m not seeing my discount. Am I wrong about how this should work, or did something mess up?

Looks like the auth crashed last night again =0(
It seems like it ran into the same technical issue it was experiencing yesterday. I managed to get it started and am babysitting it for a while. At this point I am kind of afraid to leave it alone. I pinged the tech team, but it is the weekend so I don't know if I will hear back before Monday. I am going to hang out here for a while to watch it, and when I leave I will make sure to come by and check on it a couple more times today, and if necessary tomorrow.
I have been trying to answer all the questions I see here. If someone else correctly answered the question I have mostly left it alone. But if I missed yours or you need clarification please point me in its direction.
Also I want to say thank you to everyone who has said such very nice things in this thread. Thank you very much! Virginia has been knocking out of the park trying to get us caught up on emails, which has allowed me to spend more time addressing all of you. Likewise, when she got back yesterday Sam was also kicking a lot of butt. So most of those nice things should be going to them.

Hello Northern,
I got the map folio removed and generated Druma. I have also manually put the discount on the books that were missing it. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting those changes. On Monday I will follow up with the tech team to investigate and to make sure you get the discount on future orders.

The auth tells me it is done! So it seems the train has pulled into the station. If you did not receive an order confirmation email or a payment issue email please let us know. Keep in mind we are super backed up but working to catch up. On Monday we will be focusing on sub related emails and boards posts before we give the warehouse the ok to start shipping.
Other updates, the inbox is currently just over 400 and I am still doing boards posts from yesterday, with the exception of 3 regarding Thursday evenings pricing bug, which I need to talk to some folks about on Monday before I can answer. We’re also expecting Sara back on Monday!

Hello folks!
It seems like the auth is really attached to me as it has crashed shortly after I left both Wednesday and yesterday. I have it running again and am speaking to the tech team on what may be causing it to crash so much, so frequently.
We usually run the auth on Thursday and Friday, so we're not technically behind yet. Still on track to start shipping Monday or Tuesday. Captain Yesterday is correct. We will go through the subscription related emails and posts on Monday before we give the warehouse the ok to start shipping. For most months that means Monday in the late afternoon. But despite the crashes we are still on track for now.
We have Sam back today so I'm hoping we can make a lot more progress in the inbox.
ok so to be clear, i preordered the day it was allowed, it shows in my sideboard, so now i just wait for the authorization?

I, too, seem to be missing the Paizo Advantage on the following items:
PF2 Core Rulebook
PF2 Bestiary
Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Druma, Profit and Prophecy
I was under the impression that because I was grandfathered in, I'd continue receiving the Paizo Advantage on both the Adventure Paths, and the other eligible items. Was this a correct assumption? If so, is there an error here or were the above three books removed from eligibility?
If indeed it is simply an error, I just want to point out my method of payment... I think you'll have to cancel out the order, so it puts back the $165.86 of Paizo credit I had. Then when you create a new order, applying the discount to all five books, it will be able to successfully process. (The order total I calculated before order generation was something like $160.++ after the advantage and with shipping applied).
But again, if for some reason I don't receive the Paizo advantage on anything but the Adventure Paths, please let me know. I know there was a four-subscription limit to trigger the advantage, and I think I only hit three. But I was under the impression that I was grandfathered in regardless because I was subscribed to the Adventure Path pre-PF2 material. If I wasn't, I'm going to have to add about $5.00 to the $165.86 in store credit I had to cover this order before it spawns again.

Really sorry to bother you after you were kind enough to be around on Saturday helping out and answering questions and such (thanks for that!), but I'm a bit concerned that it's now Tuesday and there doesn't appear to be any responses from Paizo staff on Customer Service message board posts on either Monday or this morning. Is there an update about what's going on with corrections for subscription authorisation issues/change requests?

Because that is much further behind than the boards we are all focusing on that until they're roughly equal at which time we will be working on the boards ones as well. Right now silence mostly means we are focused on plowing through the things we need to get done to give the warehouse the ok to start shipping. We will post here as soon as that happens.

Just checking - I clicked "Pick up at Gen Con" almost immediately after it became available, but on my Subscriptions page, there is nothing shown as being picked up at Gen Con. Is this just in process, or did I mess up?

I apologize if this is the wrong area for this but I preordered a lot of the Pathfinder 2nd Edition books. Will preordering Lost Omen World Guide prevent me from receiving my other stuff on August 1st? In other words will it delay me from getting my Core Rule Book and other items because that book is going to be released later in August or will my stuff be shipped on August 1st? I just don't want to be anticipating my books only to find my order had been delayed because of a book being pushed back.

They'll probably see this comment so it's not really in the wrong place, but as a general rule it's a good idea to post a standalone thread in the Customer Service forum with queries like this (even if you see another CS thread with similar queries).
I'm sure they'll be able to peel the Lost Omens World Guide off into its own order for you, but if you post a standalone thread (I'd put "PF2 preorder issue" in the title to make sure they put it in the urgent pile) you'll have peace of mind when it's been attended to.

I see how this is very exciting for everyone whose posts have been replied to/who didn't have changes to make to their subs after the authorisation email, but it's quite alarming for me, as my changes haven't been made and my post hasn't been replied to. A lot of threads that were started later than mine have been replied to, so I'm posting here because I'm worried about mine being missed...

Calling Customer Service is always the fastest solution. You can find the number at the bottom of this page.
Unfortunately I have no landline phone and am pretty sure it would be very expensive to ring America from my mobile (I'm in the UK)

Awesome! Paizo's CS staff really is the best around.
Normally we Americans don't say chuffed, but I sometimes do as my mother-in-law is British. My wife and I are rather fond of your slang, I hope you don't mind if we borrow it now and again.
