Currently there's a lot of 'off' time built into the schedule because the current room arrangements are way the heck off the convention center campus (and because of that, this may very well be my last GenCon).

Still debating whether to sacrifice another couple of slots for a room. If I did, it'd probably need to be something I'm already on the list for, probably Thursday and Friday AM. so I can get enough sleep -- I know, so boring!

When I did that (for hotel availability and affordability reasons), I found it reasonably cheap and convenient to use Uber to get to and from the CC.

Parking is always a problem during the Con, but being dropped off and picked up wherever I wanted each day made the stay both more affordable and more enjoyable.

Even better if you can find people at the hotel to share the ride in with.

The added tickets are visible in the catalog. We added something in the neighborhood of 800 tickets and there will be at least one more round or more tickets being added in a couple of weeks.

Yeah, unfortunately my phone doesn't support apps (so no Uber) because I use a budget flip-phone to be able to afford the transportation/etc of attending (even as GM) GenCon.

And the room currently would be something I would be sharing with folks.

I tried to buy another ticket, but I'm getting an error message that I don't have a badge. I previously told Gen Con to refund my badge since I was GMing for Paizo and my badge would be covered. Should the system be showing that I have a badge at this point, or is that something the OPF still needs to submit?

It would not show until OPF assigns one to you. It is correct that you do not have a badge now.

Unfortunately, if you had a badge and had it refunded before your GM badge was dropped, you jumped the gun. There is a short list of people who do not have badges that was submitted so anyone who doesn’t have their badge, it should be corrected shortly.

Evenings:

Overnights: Sleep? At least some ;-)
Other than that, looking for some of the shenanigans that tend to float around gatherings of Pathfinders and Starfinders.

For Gencon,

We are still looking for GMs, for both the Pre- (Wednesday, July 31st) and Post- Gencon (Sunday, August 4th or Monday, August 5th) games.

We currently have 4 spots open for Gms that want to run in the Wednesday afternoon slot (12-5pm) and 3 slots open for the evening slot (5-10pm).

As for Sunday, August 4th, we have 3 games scheduled, and are looking for more GMs.

I am looking to see if there is any interest for games on Monday, August 5th in the morning.
