You mean the "early August" subscriptions for the Gen Con releases, right?
So, for people like me who were waiting to start a campaign setting subscription for the Lost Omens book in order to also get the PDF are now going to have to buy this Druma book if we get the sub? That seems harsh. Especially since they are different editions.

For future reference, it's worth knowing that paizo generally make provisions for this stuff - even when there's no edition change.
In a month with two or more releases in one subscription there are CS mystical powers that help navigate through the process of subbing to only one of them.
(So the same will be true for people who want only one of APs 144 and 145. I suspect the new PF Accessories subscription is going to cause a lot of grief in this regard too. Fingers crossed sorting this out becomes customer-facing at some point down the track).

That came off more angry than I intended. I know Paizo CS people are great. But, glad to know it is a display error.
We all say things that sound nicer in our heads then when they come out of our mouth. :-)
If you don't want Lost Omens just ask them to stop your sub after Druma, occasionally the system is janky so you might not take right away so be sure to keep an eye on your order confirmation email so you don't accidentally get sent the extra book.

That is a display error that's occurring because we had to shuffle things around to move the Druma book to next month. The folks who can remedy this are out for the evening, but we've notified them to get that taken care of, so you should be able to start your subscription with either option as soon as that's fixed. If it's still giving you trouble, Customer Service will always be happy to help get it sorted out with you.
Hope that clears things up! Just let us know if you have more questions.
Just chiming in to note that this problem is still showing up. (The menu doesn't allow me to start a subscription for just the Lost Omens book.)
I hope it gets resolved soon; I'd love to get my subscriptions started!

Bit late, but I got my shipping notice, so yes. :)
Something seems to have gone wrong with the Ruins of Lastwall minis pages -- they all seem to be generating errors when I try to go to any of them.
Edit: It is worse than I thought. None of the Pathfinder Battles minis seem to be accessible.
Edit 2: Make that nothing by Wizkids.
Sent an email, but realized I hadn't received Tyrants Grasp 5/6 and checked my order page and don't see an order generated.
Sent an email yesterday, sure it will get solved but wanted to make sure it was noted.

It seems that the problem I cited here was cleared up some time ago.

We're sorry for the inconvenience! The tech team is working on getting this fixed, but we can assist you if you'd like to place your order in the meantime. We aren't able to start subscriptions for folks, so you would have to submit the order on your end of the system. Then, if the incorrect products are generated, you would just notify Customer Service either via this forum, by email, or by phone. Once we receive your request, we'd just remove the incorrect items and replace them with the ones you'd prefer to start with.
So, I emailed customer service last Wednesday and then again today asking for precisely this change to my recent Adventure Path and Campaign Setting subscriptions, but haven't gotten any response at all. Is there somewhere other than customer.service@paizo.com I should be reaching out to about this problem?
That's the right email address but they are probably a little snowed under at the moment (given Convention season and Katina moving on to a new role).
I find that the quickest way to get stuff sorted is a phonecall between 10am and 5pm Seattle time, second quickest is to post a standalone thread in the customer service forum and the slowest of all is email.
They do get to emails, but it can take a long time and July-September is typically the busiest time of the year for them.
