This might be the usual "we've placed a hold, but don't worry about it" thing, but the sequence and amounts look a little off to me.

The above order is basically made up of my PF Battles sub plus "the rest" and each was initially created back on the 8th and 11th of May (by the look of emails). The timeline was something like - everything-else created (and a hold placed), battles created (and a hold placed) then they were merged.

Over the weekend, I had another two holds placed (presumably they are about to ship) but it seemed odd - kind of like the charging system was remembering there used to be two orders (the total charge is over a thousand dollars, so condiderably more than the charge will settle as) even though it's only ultimately going to charge me for one.

Anyhow - maybe they'll both disappear and only one will settle, but if things are happening as they look to me, it might be worth bringing it up with the tech team. It looks to me you've held $1000 in readiness for settling a $600-$700 charge.

Of course, it's a bit opaque from this side (and exchange rate changes dont help) so perhaps something else is going on.

TL;DR - two orders were raised and each had a hold put on them (as normal). Now that they've been merged, it seems like the pre-shipping process is still placing two holds (for more than the combined order total).

Hi CS people.

False alarm - the single order was split into two packages which were charged separately and it turns out I can't do arithmetic.

The two charges were correct, it's just a big month.
