Should I be worried if the expected shipping times for an order seem inordinately long?
Order 7816022 was split into two packages, one of which has an expected shipping time of 8 to 15 business days and one of which has an expected shipping time of 1 to 11 business days. I am assuming that these times start from today rather than when the order was generated, as the time ranges in my original auth e-mail and on the order page of this site as of yesterday were different.
According to this thread, you are expecting to finish shipping by Wednesday, May 29th. Since Monday the 27th is a holiday, that means that there are only 8 business days left in the shipping window (including today), which puts the maximum shipping times well outside your expected window -- and the minimum shipping time for one package is barely within the window.
Could you please take a look at this order and see what is going on with it? I would be quite willing to have any item that is holding up the first shipment on its own pushed back into the sidecart for shipment in June.

Those shipping estimates are indeed selected when we generate the orders, so based on the order generation date of May 8th, that does reflect the correct shipping window. Why they are so different from each other I can't be sure. I took a look at your order and it looks entirely normal and you can expect it to leave our warehouse within the estimated shipping window.

I am not sure what to make of my order now.
It now has a status of Pending but the order page is claiming that it shipped on May 13th (something I don't recall seeing last week). Both packages now have tracking links (with no actual information yet).
The shipping time for the package that said "1 to 11 days" changed to "1 to 10 days" on Friday and then to "Not Yet Shipped" yesterday. There are either charges or re-authorizations in place since yesterday. I don't have the PDFs yet.
Never mind -- the order has unambiguously shipped now. I guess I caught it in transition.

Despite what seems to be a very confusing series of updates to the status of your order, I agree based on what I see on my end that it appears to have worked itself out and ultimately behaved as expected. It is very possible you caught it while it was going through the warehouse!
