What am I doing wrong?

Hello MAYBE I'M JUST DENSE, (one of my favorite names to type so far)

I don't think it was anything you did that caused the order to have trouble applying a payment method. It appears that the items in the order, preorder items, PDFs, and non-preorder items. Our system handles this by splitting these orders into smaller orders within that order number. This could have caused some confusion in the system about how to push the payment method through to the 3 smaller orders it has created for all these different kinds of items.

This is easier to accomplish on our side, so I have set what appears to be the most recently added payment method to the order and submitted it. You should soon receive a confirmation email for the order. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!


I only wanted one set of Next Gen gaming books. Can I just pay for the whole order? it would do me a solid to simplify my accounting.

I only see one set of the books in your order.

We don't charge for anything until it ships. So you will not be charged for the books until they release and get shipped out. You have been charged for the PDF and that is available to download on your account.

The PDF for the Second Edition Core Rulebook will go on sale on the release day, August 1st, 2019(The first day of GenCon 2019).
