It looks like this was part of an order placed in July of 2017. The other items had been moved out to another order. I don't know why that item wasn't or why it didn't try to ship until now.
The warehouse had scanned it out so it was technically shipped and you had been charged for it. It was still in the building though as the mail pickup hasn't happened yet. So I was able to grab it and have issued you a refund. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
