Are the runelords Atzlant? Minor Spoilers

Curious about this as I've been looking over their stats and it seems like the runelords are human rather than pureblood Atzlant. I assumed the

clone Sorscha that pops up elsewhere earlier didn't have because of balance reasons

but it seems like all of them are just base humans rather than pure blood Atzlant. Its not much of a difference +2 to all stats rather than some which could easily be shuffled into their stats as is. However its just something that strikes me as curious so I'm wondering am I missing something, is this an oversight in creation or the something else?

The Runelords are pure blood Azlanti - they should have the +2 to all stats factored in. I thought they all did, although in Sorshen's case they forgot to apply the +6 bonus to her Strength score from her belt of physical prowess.

Example: Belimarius

Str 24 - 4 belt = 20
Dex 24 - 4 belt = 20
Con 26 - 4 belt = 22
Int 32 - 6 headband = 16
Wis 22 - 0 statboost = 22
Cha 19 - 0 statboost = 19

Str 20 - 4 Inherent = 16
Dex 20 - 4 Inherent = 16
Con 22 - 4 Inherent = 18
Int 26 - 5 Inherent = 21
Wis 22 - 4 Inherent = 18
Cha 19 - 4 Inherent = 15

Str 16 - 0 Age = 16
Dex 16 - 0 Age = 16
Con 18 - 0 Age = 18
Int 21 - 3 Age = 18
Wis 18 - 3 Age = 15
Cha 15 - 3 Age = 12

Str 16 - 2 Azlanti = 14
Dex 16 - 2 Azlanti = 14
Con 18 - 2 Azlanti = 16
Int 18 - 2 Azlanti = 16 - 4 Level Ups = 12
Wis 15 - 2 Azlanti = 13
Cha 12 - 2 Azlanti = 10

Final stats:
Str 14: 5 points
Dex 14: 5 points
Con 16: 10 points
Int 12: 2 points
Wis 13: 3 points
Cha 10: 0 points

Total: 25 point buy.

If you do the same with the others, it should come out to a 25 point buy. Sorshen will have Mythic stat boosts, as well. I'm not as sure about the math on Zutha's Fragment, though - given what it's supposed to be, they may have gone normal human on that one.
