Hi,

I've been struggling with trying to get my PACG subscription figured out and started, and accidentally clicked Place Order while I was testing payment options. Can you please cancel order #5255223? Hopefully the $10 store credit will be available still.

I can cancel the item, but unfortunately the way that the voucher system is set up, the $10 discount is applied specifically to that order number and we can't "unredeem" a redeemed voucher. In order to still use that voucher, Customer Service will currently have to help you add new items into that order number, and cancel the item you no longer want.

Essentially, in order to use the voucher now, CS can move the items you would like the purchase into that order number. The easiest way to do this would be to put the items you'd like into your cart, and then just let us know in this thread, or contact us otherwise, to let us know to move the items in your cart into order 5255223. It's a little odd, but it's because vouchers stay tied so well to their order numbers that we can't pluck them off once submitted.

Hi Sam,

I was playing around with all the different options trying to figure out a few things (if I should start my PACG subscription with Core or Curse, how much shipping will be, if the $10 voucher could be applied to a subscription order, if the $10 voucher would work on top of the 20% subscription discount, etc).

In an ideal world, this is what I would like to see:
PACG subscription started with Core and the $10 voucher applied to the order, cheapest shipping method selected.

Is that doable, or am I out of luck?

I think we can accomplish that. When you start a subscription for an item that is not yet out, it puts that item in your sidecart and waits to generate it into its own order. I should be able to just pluck that item out of the sidecart and put it in order 5255223 to use the voucher, where it should just wait as normal for subscription shipping.

I think this is our clearest course of action for now. Go head and start your subscription with all the appropriate information. Let me know when you've completed this and your starting line item has gone into the sidecart. I'll take it from there!

Your order with the voucher should be all set up now. You should soon receive a confirmation email providing you the details of the order. As we get to the shipping cycle in which this product would ship out, just keep an eye on the order and let us know if anything looks odd. I don't anticipate it will behave any differently, but when we fiddle with orders in this way, checking on it can't hurt.
