Hello,
I have a few questions about three recent orders.
1)Orders 7694135. This package has not yet been delivered. I've received in the meantime Order 7745775.
2) Order 7799113. My credit card was originally declined. I submitted another card, but it is still listed as pending.
3) Order 4780436. The four items are currently in my sidecart. I'm unclear if they are going to ship separately or if they will be shipped with May subscriptions.

Order 7694135 shipped out on February 21 and had up to 10 business days in transit to you. It should have arrived by now so it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up a replacement that should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation.
Order has been submitted and you should be able to see the PDFs on your account now.
