So I got email saying the payment failed but I should have the store credit to cover this...

Hello Selene Spires,

When your subscription order generated on April 4th, there was not any store credit on your account to pull from for the order. I see that you added the necessary store credit the day after the order was generated. I do not believe there is any way for you to push through store credit on an already pending order from the customer side. In order to apply the store credit to an already pending order it seems Customer Service will have to assist with this anytime that you intend to use store credit on a subscription order after the order is generated.

In order for the subscription order to generate with the store credit on it, the store credit must be on the account prior to order generation. I understand this may not be feasible if you are waiting for the exact total of the order before adding the store credit. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but please let us know when you need to add store credit to an already pending order and we will assist.

I have added the store credit to order 7815151, and it should process successfully now. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
