Caster level check vs caster level

Advice

Title says it all, but let me elaborate.

If my character has an otherworldly kimono, and casts let's say Wall of Fire at Caster level 10th, would the bonus from the otherworldly kimono(+4 caster level checks) treat is as caster level 14th in respect to dispel magic?

No. 'Checks' are rolls to see if you hit a specific number, while caster level is a static component of spell power. It's the Dispel Magic that is making the caster level check, not the WoF.
If WoF had asked you to make a caster level check and add the result to the damage, you could add Otherworldy Kimono's bonus to that and its difficulty to dispel.

No because you are not making a caster level check, the character trying to dispel your spell is. Your caster level is used to determine the DC the other character need to achieve, but you are not making the check.
