Max-perception character

Advice

As a thought experiment, I want to create a character with maximal perception. So here goes:

Race: Half-elf; Why? Keen senses & the possibility to boost WIS. Also some feats (for later)

Class: Cleric 8/Sleepless Detective 2/Mystery cultist 10
Why?
Cleric: Good reason to focus entirely on WIS.
Sleepless detective: Allows you to add INT to perception checks. Yay! 2 stats to perception!
Mystery cultist: There is a specific empyreal lord, Zohls, who can provide a +6 sacred bonus to perception (sweet)

Feat: Skill focus (perception), alertness, sharp senses, clestial obedience (zohls), uncanny alterness, ???

Traits: eyes & ears of the city, seeker of brightness (elf)

Items: Items to boost wis & int,
Competence:
(stag's helm, elixir of vision, eyes of the eagle)
Racial:
Demon Senses
Enahcement:
Tri-faced helm (vision only)

Am I missing anything? I'm just curious to see how high perception can go with first party paizo & no custom items (no mythic either...not yet).

1 level of synth summoner = +8 racial bonus to a skill

Scarab Sages

Revelation Subdomain for you cleric.

I had considered doing this once.

Go with Goblin. There's an alternate trait to get a +4 to perception. Probably a familiar that gives you a +3 to perception. There are probably some classes that add a +1/2 per class level to perception as well.

Grand Lodge

Feather Subdomain is what you want.

And it stacks with goblin so that would be a good deal more.

You're forgetting about spells that may add to it like owl's wisdom, sifting or percieve clues depending on their type and if you lost your items. Also perception isn't any good if you don't make sure to have stuff to overcome magic like being able to see invisibility and the like

THat is one of the reason I chose cleric rather than, let's say, rogue.

Something that can have the "See in Darkness" ability would be good.

Theologian with Feather Domain seems to work with it too.
