Help build the most effective Giant / orc "scum of the mountains" barbarian build

Advice

Hello all, I need help optimizing a character concept for GIANTSLAYER. I want to build a dwarf barbarian who used to be nobility but was exiled because of of his reckless berserker rage and extremist actions towards "purging the giants and green skins". Deadset on barbarian but ok to multiclassing. If it is on the Paizo Page its allowed in game. We play roll 5 keep 3 reroll ones.

As much as I like barbarian I feel I can make use of the ranger favored enemy some how in the build just havent really looked into yet but like I said, I'm open to anything. Thanks!!

What kind of thing do you want to do with your character?

2 handed? sword and board? dual wielding? mounted? grappling? improvised weapons? something else?

barbarian is a pretty versatile class and anything I've just listed and more could work with your concept. Also, what do you want to do outside of combat? This can help guide the build as well since different builds support different out of combat activities.

If the important thing is to be outlawed for going too far look up the flesheater archetype. It's also a solid archetype mechanically.

2 handed fighter 4, titan mauler barbarian 3, living monolith 10

Use the trait from the AP to lessen the penalty on oversized weapons.
Take vital strike feat chain (one of the few times this is a good idea), use oversized butchers axe and get impacting on it ASAP.

You can free action rage, swift action enlarge person (and later righteous might) and smash

Assuming an 18 str to start, a belt +2 and a +1 impacting large butcher's axe, at 8th level you hit for 16d6+ 28 or 84 on average (using power attack). If you can work furious finish into the build you hit for 124 if you're willing to be fatigued.

Take the sunder line of feats and break weapons or armor and deal the rest to the now naked enemy

Plays well as a mobile skirmished since it can move into position and attack every round, potentially 1 shoting most things

At level 12 you roll 24d6+35(ish). It's fun to roll that many dice every turn. On a crit with furious finish you can deal almost 400 damage

Well I am down for helping in any way outside of combat. Barbarian have a tendency to only be good at combat also I'm open to any and all forms of killing although a greatsword will always be kept on back because I dont think anything else can deal a scary handful of like that in the hands of a barb.

@OP: Certainly keep the big sword handy in case you need it. That said, a reach weapon would be flat-out more effective, so maybe carry one of those. This is because a reach weapon expands your threat area, protects your allies, and gets you occasional extra attacks. A greatsword does a tiny bit more damage per hit, but the extra attacks from AoOs more than compensate. As a Dwarf with Martial Weapon proficiency your dwarf Barbarian is proficient in the Dwarven Longhammer, which might be an excellent choice.

Someone is likely to raise the "but what about the can't-attack-adjacent reach bubble". Experienced players and GMs know this effect is insignificant. This issue is a problem in perhaps 2% of fights and is easily solved by drawing another weapon. Reach tactics are flat out superior to non-reach in almost every case.

With a bite of a flying creature a flesheater barbarian can fly from second level. This has out of combat uses though the need to rage limits those to things you can do in a few rounds. Scent or a swim speed also have out of combat uses; rat on a stick or fish respectively I guess?

The limit is that the creature has to have died and been eaten within the last 24 hours, so you can't stock up on hawk jerky for the next six months. Some ranks in survival and a missile weapon might help.
