There is an augment for that, in Dawn of Flame, book 2, which is basically Deus Ex style cybershades. Lightvision Shades.
No other official equipment exists for that, that I know of, aside from using Daywalker Serum as a temporary solution.

It's the future. I feel like advanced sunglasses which allow you to operate normally in areas of bright light, and require a move action to operate the shades or take the penalty it areas of non-bright light would be the worst case scenario.
If this is for a home game, just show a GM a welding helmet and convey to them that your playing in a setting technological advanced beyond that.

Since it's a cybernetic enhancement, it can be turned into most any other form of augmentation. Kind of makes you wonder what the biotech or necrograft variants must look like. XD
LIGHTVISION SHADES
SYSTEM Eyes
AUGMENTATION cybernetics
PRICE 500 LEVEL 2This augmentation is a pair of sunglasses (your choice of style when you purchase them) that are integrated into your head. You can extend or retract these lenses as a swift action. While you have the lightvision shades active, you treat light levels of normal light and brighter as if they were areas of dim light. In addition, while the shades are active, you gain a +4 circumstance bonus to saving throws against effects that inflict the blinded or dazzled condition.
