How long should I wait for a CSR response?

G'day! I sent in an email on Friday, and have yet to receive any response.
Comparatively, I've seen responses in this forum happen within a day.
How much longer should I wait before I send a polite reminder?
(Or, coyly: this is said polite reminder.)

That was serendipitous! It seems I got to your email earlier today!

I completely understand the concern when your email goes a few days without a reply. Our inbox does receive plentiful requests, and were were a bit short on staff last week. We try to give a reply within a few business days, which can seem quite long for emails that come in on a Friday, as the weekend days are not business days and we usually come back in on Monday with the most to do.

I do my best to keep up with the forum and do other tasks, such as the inbox, otherwise. It's not a guarantee we will be able to answer every forum post every day, but we do our best to manage this medium while working through the inbox.

We are fully staffed today and catching up nicely. I'm sorry for the delay and glad we got it sorted for you!
