My subscription order shipped today, but I didn't receive access to the PDF for this flip mat. It was ordered February 24th in order # 7533848, and I believe street date for the product was February 26th or 27th so it should have counted as a pre-order. (And I am a Maps subscriber.)
I have the same issue. I recently restarted my Maps subscription (shortly before you began authorizing the March subscription orders). I got the PDF for Wicked Dungeon but not for Hill Country.

Thank you for letting us know that this was not working. I will investigate to see if the process for granting the asset for preordering is broken. In the meantime, you can both find this asset added to your account!
