[Spoilers] Where would be a good place to put a Technic League mining operation?

This is a follow up to this thread.

I note that there is some dissatisfaction with the second and third parts of The Choking Tower adventure (the eponymous Choking Tower).

I think the problem comes from repeating the frustration of not finding Casandalee twice, before heading off to the Valley of the Brain Collectors. If that's the case, I might be wiser to replace the Aurora then the Choking Tower itself.

My first thought was to replace the encounters of the Aurora was with a Technic League occupation of Iadenveigh (quietly removing the little detail of the Aurora being beyond the reach of Unity). Actually driving off the Technic League would do more to gain the the townsfolk's trust then simply exposing a spy. (The Aurora would then be mostly deserted.)

But Scorpions of Perdition would be another opion. But then where shall I put it?

Thank You. Of course that makes the "Palace of the Progenitor" section a lot more interesting - no bad thing.

The party could then do the Choking Tower part (The Drifter providing the information that Sahasho would have) bypassing Iadenveigh and the Aurora entirely.

After which, he could then ask for help with his other problem - "Temple of the Burning God" section, wich could be placed in the Felldales, on their way to the Scar of the Spider.

Actually, the idea that an Androffan ship just sitting on the surface - even if it is in the Felldales is problematic.

It might work better, perhaps, if the entire ship was moved underground - and thus the prison ship Solstice would be what the League operation is actually about.

I just read yours and the other review of this adventure and now I want to buy it, and use it when I do Iron Gods someday.
