Pathfinder Adventure, Adventure Path, Starfinder Adventure Path Subscriber

Hi gang, I had my cart filled with all the new preorders as well as two sidecart items. I clicked complete order, the page did its thing then landed back on Step 4 with just PF2 Deluxe Preoder showing in the cart.

Can you check to see what happened?

Hello Anorak,

It appears that the system may have just had a problem processing the order with so many different kinds of items (digital and physical and subscription), with several different release dates. I submitted the order one section at a time and the order should now be placed in its entirety.

I submitted each item to the sidecart. I assume this will work best for you if you intend to keep yoru Adventure Path subscription, as when the Adventure Path subscription rolls over to PF2, the PF2 items will know to ship with the first volume of the PF2 adventure path. The Starfinder Beginner Box will know to ship with the subscription item in April.

If you would like any of these split out of your sidecart, please just let us know. The Scenarios for the scenario subscription you started will be processed near the end of this month.

The only other issue is that I received an email stating that there was no card on file to charge for the digital subscriptions.

I replied back with the body of the email order intact. Please let me know if it was another error or I need to do something on my end.

Thank you for letting me know it gave you this message. It seems the payment method got unset from that order during the submitting process. I have reattached the default to the order and it should now be good to go when digital subs are processed at the end of this month.
