Is this book "canon"? Or it is obsolete? I am asking specifically about Appendix B: Pronunciation Guide

I think the short answer is that it's mostly canon, but Paizo has always retained the rights to change things occasionally and let the campaign setting evolve. If you're interested in the pronunciation of something specific, you could probably just ask James Jacobs in his thread.

Canon unless something supersedes it in a later book. As no later books have had pronunciation guides, you should be good using that Appendix.
