I sent an email but wanted to make sure it wasn't missed due to the weather.
The problem is that you show you are charging an old payment method, one that not only did I remove but also one of the CSR's removed it as well. Disconcerting to say the least!
Please fix and charge the correct payment method!

The issue stemmed from the setting for the default card for subscriptions. If that sub is still told to use a payment method we have otherwise deleted, it will hang on to it because it thinks thats what it should do. I have removed it as the default for subscriptions, which should act to permanently delete it as an option.
I have pushed through this new default payment option to the order and you should soon receive an updated confirmation email confirming the new details of the order.
