I had a replacement order for some broken items. Was wonder why it has not shipped yet

I know there was inventory but it seems stuck

I'm sorry about the delay on those replacements. I took a look and there appeared to be an issue where the order didn't know what stock to pull from and got itself stuck in limbo. I've sorted it and will ensure that the replacements leave our warehouse today.
