Transaction Declined + Cancel Purchase

Just saw my recent purchase on Saturday did not go through due to my payment method. I have ordered products on this same card before with no issue. I have attempted a second purchase of this product today. Is there a way to cancel Saturday's purchase and ensuring my payment method will work for today's purchase?

It appears your card is being declined due to failing the address verification system check. This indicate that the billing address we have for your card on Paizo.com does not match the billing address your bank has on file for the card. Have you recently moved or had a change of billing address?

I have canceled one of the orders, but we will need to correct that billing address in order to let the remaining order process.

Please let me know if you require any assistance updating the billing address for the payment method. Thank you!


I have two addresses, one at my home and one at my college dorm building. The defaulted address is likely to be my home address. Thank you for the follow up!
