Hello,

I just received a email saying my payment method was declined. The order is for $12.74 and there is $18.53 in my store credit. That is where the payment should be coming from. The weird part is I put $25 into my store credit the day before I placed the order. I am hoping someone can figure this out for me.

In the mean time I will put more into me store credit so the order can get authorized.

Hello Olmac,

Orders using only store credit as a payment method have had this happen because the system does not see a payment method attached to the order and it throws a payment failure without checking for store credit.

I am going to push it through manually and keep an eye on it. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thank you!

Hello Olmac,

I believe that email was when the warehouse tried to ship it this morning, but we got the issue resolved and it shipped out earlier today.
