Is there an extant adventure path( or do you know of a DnD published campaign) focused on hopping among planes? I'd love to play a game that focuses on visiting a variety of unique and energetic magical locales

I'd love to see a planer AP. I'd love to -write- a planar AP!
Hi, Legacy of Fire Adventure Path has some fair degree of plane hopping, though not as the primary focus of the campaign, it was printed for 3.5 so you'd have to do a little converting. Wrath of the Righteous also has a fair amount of plane hopping I'd say, more than any other AP that I can think of.
Many APs to date have one or more books set on other planes/demi-planes, but none are exclusively planar.
Planet-hopping is also possible in one particular AP (Golarion, another planet in the same system, and a third planet in a completely different galaxy).
