Order 7604558 Apply HOLIDAY19 promo code

I added a bunch of flipmaps to my cart, and then shipped them via sidecart, to save shipping. But I wanted to apply the holiday19 code to them, and I did get a chance to enter it. I would like to apply the holiday19 code to that order (order 7604558) if possible.

Unfortunately these items cannot use the Holiday19 promo if they are going into your sidecart to ship with February subscription items. This is due to the fact that the system will not mark these items as submitted until your February subscription order. Since that date is outside of the code's applicable time, the code won't work for the items.

The work-around I suggest will require slightly more order management on your end, but we are happy to help you do this. I can submit these items now, cementing their submission date and the code, and then suspend the order until the end of February. Once your subscription order has generated in February, just ping us back here and let us know that you need the two orders combined. We will combine them at that time to ship together for you!

I'm sorry that the code is strict enough to need this work around. Please let me know if you would like to go a different route or if there's anything else I can assist with. Thank you!

I just noticed that my side cart orders have been combined with my February subscription, and seem to have the holiday promo code applied. Cool. Just want to confirm with you that is indeed what has taken place.
