I know that there are constant updates and tweaks to paizo.com, so I delayed in asking for help on here until the third day of problems, when maybe I shouldn't have.

Every time I try to "Create an Event" or access my "GM/Event Coordinator" page, the website takes ~5 minutes to chew on the request, but then returns "server goblins" afterwards. All the other tabs in "My Organized Play" work 100% as per normal.

I have a convention that needs an event code before anything else can proceed, and my deadline to submit that information is (through my own fault for delaying asking for help) closing rather swiftly.

It looks like the bug is due to the large number of reported sessions that the page tries to load. We have a fix for this planned, so I'll make sure to prioritize it to be included among other issues we're planning to roll in a future update.

Thank you for taking a look at this. Strangely, my "sessions" tab works fine (if a bit slow but I'd imagine that's to be expected after probably over a thousand+ tables in a single record), if that helps at all. In the meantime, I had one of my other VOs help generate our event code for our upcoming convention, and I think I can find workarounds for the rest.

I just wanted to follow up after this past weekend's maintenance cycle to see how things were going with this.

If this particular issue is still slated for a future fix, do you have any suggestions for a workaround other than what I came up with (having someone create an event and making me a "reporter" on it)?

The update that includes the fix to this issue is tentatively scheduled for next week. As always, unexpected delays are possible, but the update is fairly small so we expect it to go smoothly.

As of today's update, the performance on the "My Organized Play" section of the website should be improved, and users with large numbers of sessions should no longer be experiencing timeouts. Let us know if you're still unable to access parts of the page.

The Event Coordinator page is working again for me as well - thank you!

...Unfortunately, now the Admin tab is no longer working correctly. A local player who has recently moved back to my area after a few years away asked me to help him with some PFS/SFS credits that were on the wrong #s - but no matter how I try to approach it, I can't seem to get to a screen that lets me edit these like it always was before.

Are you not able to search for his character number and open up the characters list of sessions?

Search for character number works fine, opening the list of sessions is fine. Clicking "edit" takes me back to either a blank admin tab or back to the paizo.com homepage, however.

Looks like it does the same for me. Frustrating.

I have lost all my playtest points! When I went on my organized play and tabbed to sessions it said something about being out of sync so I refreshed and now it says I have 0 playtest points! I had 33. They still show up in my list but not at the top of the page.

We will make sure to resolve the bug with playtest points before it becomes possible to spend them. This will apply retroactively, so you'll see the correct number of points after the fix is rolled. We're currently investigating the issue with editing sessions from the admin tab.

Hope this isn't catching you and/or your team at a bad time, but has there been any luck on this issue? As Gen Con approaches, I have a bit of a back-log of players and GMs wanting me to correct reporting errors and such. Thanks again.
