Direction for blaster sorceror

So I am making a Sorceror that I am trying to "min/max" damage on. I have a higher lvl character, but want to play with some friends that are joining pfs, and their makeup lacks aoe, magic damage, and a face. I have a few direct questions at the bottom, plus I am good for now with this damage, but don't know where to progress the character.

I came up with using burning hands with crossblooded Draconic/orc for max damage per die at a low level (in this build; 4d4+8 range touch cone), dialed back a bit to this point so I could maintain some flexibility

Human Sorceress Draconic/Orc cross-bloodline
str 7 dex 16
con 13 int 13
wis 8 cha 16+2

power: touch of rage
cantrips Resistance/read magic/ray of cold(Back up dmg in case of imunities)
lvl 1 Burning hands

feats Spell focus evocation/Spell specialization burning hands
triats percocious spell caster(burning hands/ unknown cantrip) dangerously curious(8+ at lvl 1 can use lots of wands 'safely')

Light crossbow(backup weapon) /haramaki/ scroll or 2 of mage armor

What other spells should I go for? I will use human favored class from APG to get a extra spell a level. However what utility spells should I grab (don't think I need light I have dark vision)

What spells use a lot of dice to maximize draconic/orc blood (each has +1 dmg per die rolled)?

I was struggling to find any truely useful lvl 2 spells, suggestions?

Are any sorc spells listed anywhere outside core rule book?

Ideas for future feats? I don't do a lot of spell casters so metamagic is a little alien to me.

I know I'm squishy and I find it part of the charm, outside mage armor, other suggestions?

I tried crossblooded and didn't like it because of spell selection, but if you can make it work for you, go for it. To answer your suggestions : a couple spells that ignore SR can be good to have, ie grease. Flaming sphere and scorching ray can be surpringly effective, running with your fire theme. A metamagic rod to let you change element types is a good idea when you can afford it in case of resistances or immunities. As a sorceror I like to carry wands or scrolls of things like shield, mage armor, blur, mirror image, and false life to deal with squishiness. With an 8 wisdom and being crossblooded, protection from evil sounds like a very good idea because nobody likes to be charmed or dominated.

Human favored gives you a spell a level as long as its not your max lvl available

How can I obtain a metamagic rod?

Part of the fun was the character was a free spirited child. So I didn't mind the low will, but Im not dumb and having protections against charm is welcome

Buying it or making it. The lesser elemental rod is 3kgp.

for PFS consult TABLE 4–1: FAME REQUIREMENT COSTS in the Guide v10 pg20.
a PC needs 13 Fame to buy items of $3000gp unless they are "always available". Other than that the process & requirements are outlined in the Guide which references Additional Resources.
