Hello, I just received my email for Order # 7630302. I will recieve 5 items. The email states I will receive these in five packages?
One items is a replacement for a damaged item and while stated its a separate package, does not count for shipping.
The four other items however, each gets charged shipping separately. Making a grand toatal of $21.79.
I find this to be excessive. Is there a way this can be combined? I have received flipmat/advenutepaths together in one envelope before, and last shipment had three books (2AP and one module) in one envelope, so I cant imagine why it should all be separate this time.

Thanks for letting us know about this! Taking a look into the order, our system is telling me that the cheapest way to ship this order is to send it out in 5 packages, the rest of the options seem to go up from there. I know that there are a lot of strange shipping restrictions that can cause something like this to happen, but I will want to speak to our warehouse folks to check if this seems like an error or not. Since it's after-hours on a Friday, I'll have to chat with them on Monday morning to see what's going on. Once I have some more information, I'll be sure to get back to you and let you know what's going on.

The five packages have shipped as they are the cheapest way we currently have to ship these items. Shipping them in one package by Mail Innovations would have been the next least expensive option and still would have increased the price by several dollars. In the future, if this is your preferred method, we are happy to make this change for you on request.
You can find more information on the investigation we have done about this method of shipping here, where Katina looked into the issue for several of our customers and discovered that recent changes have made this multiple package method that cheapest method to ship.
I understand that this is confusing and a change from the pattern of previous months. We are continuing to evolve our options with the shipping options available to us.
